Please don't repeat this! My uncle who works in York, PA heard from a truck driver who drives past the HD plant every other day, that he knows someone that used to work at the HD plant, that knows someone that still works there & yes black will be available.

On a serious note, one thing you can do to find out if there will be new models is go the the state of California environmental agency website. Someone tipped me to this back in 2010 when I bought my 2011 RGU. The MoCo has to disclose stuff to them way early because of their special environmental standards. The stuff was accessible to the public at that time. Might still be.
