I have a 2013 electra glide ultra limited and need suggestions on a good backrest. I was thinking about an adjustable one. would like to hear from some of you guys that have them and really like them. do they help your back from cramping?
Mine isn't adjustable but I wouldn't leave home without it ... I've been using them since 1992 and It's made my pain in the a .. er back much more tolerable

what kind do you use Larry? I figured since I am alittle short 5-10. that I might need a adjustable one.
I spent the dollars for the adjustable one. I rarely used the adjustment feature.
The back rest did make an improvement, but made it much more difficult for my wife to mount the bike. If you ride solo you should be fine.
I've had the adjustable on the 2010 and now the 2015. I wouldn't think about a road trip without it. The adjustable mount is well worth the money to me because I am able to change the angle on the fly. As far as two up the rest folds forward for easy mounting by the passenger. My opinion is that this is one of the best mods that you can make. YMMV
Works and looks fine, and a lot less expensive than Harley's.
I used the Harley non adjustable one for 30,000 miles on my last Electra glide classic and once I got it adjusted right, it was fine. It just didn't fit right on my Rushmore SGS.
