Thank Ya Jimmy, Well new plans were making racks/baskets to carry the wheelchair frame and the other side fer the wheels, and now cushion too. So the one fer the wheels is gonna half to be as big as the wheelchair basket now cause that's where the cushion is gonna go after alls. As fer the trunk, I have a couple old beer kegs layin around. So were gonna slice one down the center, put a couple hinges a cable strap and line the edges so nobody gets cut. and mount that to the bike like a trunk. then there wont be no added twisting and putting things in the trunk. Do it all before i get on the bike, get on the bike and then just deal with the chair and ride. Freedom again, cant wait... Got tons of other plans I try a keep ya posted Jim..

welcome home.

that said, wouldn't it be better if you could open the pack from the front insted of the side? its a simple matter of a little body work to move the latches and hinges to where ever you want them.

my dad and i built my uncle a VW trike. his had a back seat that was like a "bench" and seated one. it hinged from the back so he could open it by twisting in his chair.
