Went out for a nice ride Friday evening, after supper, with my wife. (both on our own rides...) Gone about 2 hrs. Took a nice break about halfway through. Beautiful evening for riding. Getting chilly by the time we got home, but sun is still going down early at this time of year. By mid summer the sun won't be setting until about 11 p.m. Got out for a ride yesterday, but just around town, doing errands. Windier than heck out, and that ole solid front rim was acting like a sail on the highway. Still better than NOT riding. Didn't get on her at all today. Raining most of the day (not why though...) and had a kid's birthday party going. (the real reason...) Weather is supposed to clear up tomorrow, so hope to get in a few nice rides during the evenings this coming week. Best cure for what ails ya that I can think of.

I put on about 150 miles today, The weather was nice, though I turned aroundbeforeBig Lake 'cause of rain. Went up to Hatchers Pass instead, lots of other bikers out. Yesterday at the bike blessing there were some 500 bikes, what an awesome sight. I wish I could ride with my dad, he told me he would disownme if I ever got amotorcycle.
