Springer Conversion

I have a 2006 FLSTC and am considering converting it over to a Springer front end. Can anyone tell me how big of a project I am biting off and compatible HD part numbers to accomplish? Thanks - Dave

Harley no longer sells a complete springer...they only sell it piece buy piece, which would more than likely cost more than your bike is worth. Tons of FL springers on ebay all the time, but be careful...because if they came off a wrecked bike, they are more than likely bent. If you had all the parts in front of you, it is not that hard of a job.

This would just need a fender and caliper

if you do decide to do it I would strongly suggest that you upgrade the front brake to either a Performance Machine Springer setup or equivalent, as the factory setup leaves much to be desired.
