Will a Kriega bag ruin my paint?

Hello everyone, I have a Kriega US-30 Drypack from my sport bike I used to have. Anyway, I was wondering if I mount this bag on the back of my Iron 883 if it will ruin the paint? I looked at getting one of those fender bibs but it will still touch some of the paint. I'm pretty sure it will scratch but I would like to know if anybody has used these bags before.

Also if anyone has any recommendations for luggage or bags on a sportster with no pillion seat, I'd really appreciate it. Thanks.

Go buy a roll of rubber drawer and cabinet liner from Walmart.
Cut it to fit and throw it over the paint. It will protect your paint and wont move once you put your bag on it.

Thanks for the advice but after looking at it more closely, I don't think the bag will look right. It's nearly hanging off the back of the bike. I'm going to look for other storage options and see what I can find. Maybe I will get a luggage rack or something.
