Been said already but tell her not to get on or off until YOU say to. You also need to develop a signal when it's okay for her to squirm around. Lean with you not against you and hang on until she learns how to lean.
Explain to her the giro effect from the wheels, that the faster you go the more she can move around. At highway speeds, she can move all she wants and the bike won't budge. But, at very slow speed in traffic, when splitting lanes, and especially if you're trying to make a tight U-turn on a 1 lane road.............do not move, hold very still because she can crash the bike.
To me, it's the most important message I give whenever I ride someone on the back.
Besides that, I tell them to get really **** aunt drunk and flash their ***** at all the other bikers. It's fun and we make a lot of friends

once you've got here mounting and dismounting correctly, stress to her the importance of not putting her feet anywhere near the exhaust. Ask me how I know this???
all good advice on the starting and stopping, my gf knows not to wiggle around when we are at slow speed but at riding speed she can stretch her legs etc. as far as turns I always tell a passenger don't do anything just follow me.
