Are there any dealers that you've dealt with that you have had superb service from and just can't wait to tell all your buddies how good this place was and the good deals you got??
My local dealer is awesome to deal with. Everyone there is great and always willing to help. I just started using them this spring, almost everyone there knows my name already and I didn't buy my bike from them. Just accessories so far.
If my buddies ask, I'll tell them that both of the dealers in my area are fine. Friendly, and professional. The place I bought my Limited from gave me a couple thousand under msrp, good enough for me.
I've only had the bike in their service bay for a couple recalls, which were handled very competently.
I do my own scheduled maintenance, so nothing to note there. Both these dealers charge msrp for parts and accessories, but both have sales and send me notices of these events.
No issues, no pressure, I'd recommend either one.
Are you looking for a recommendation? If so, your area might be helpful, as a recommendation for a dealer on the opposite coast is not terribly useful.
My local dealer is excellent, Just picked up my bike yesterday after some service work (oil change) and they came out to apologize that they forgot to wash it, I said no big deal, my service writer told me to bring it in after Sturgis and they will detail it.
