Here's my old '77 Honda 750F. Never got to take it all the way, full blown cafe, but it was a fun bike. Jones'n for a Sporty to cafe as a project bike now.
Awesome. Love the cafe racer style. I've never been one for traditional choppers, but the cafe style has always felt somewhat similar in purpose and more my taste in style.
