Default Biker's Friend

Just ordered my L biker's friend. I hope it's here by the weekend. If anyone is looking to order they have L's but no XL's right now.
This thing better be as good as everyone says.

Go to www.bikersfriend.com It's a great alternative to saddlebags on a bike.

What a great find!! Thanks Gents...

I am pretty much "anti-saddle bag" for sure and this will definitely be a big help. Imostly travel one-up so this combined with a sissy bar pack and a small bed roll should do the trick.

I saw a similiar product called the "Lazy Rider" but they only come in two sizes and the "Bikers Friend" appears to be of better quality.

I'll be ordering mine very soon.. Now if i can just decide on which size??

Looks like a great bag..but kinda pricey - anyone know of other vendors offering similar products for less?

They always seem to be out of the XL's. I actually tried to get one of their plain one's without the side pockets but could not for the longest time. I found one on ebay and bidded on it until it surpassed the original cost. I ended up getting the expandable Kuri one from ebay for 60 bucks shipped. It's nice, big enough for my 4 day trips to Florida, and it was cheap!

I bought a Willie & Max, "the Hooker" for under the passenger seat. A few of my friends have these and strap all kinds of crap to their bikes with it so I'm sure it will work great for the Biker's Friend.

I tried like crazy to find a cheaper bag with the same or close to the same features. Closest thing I could find was a T-bags Switchback, but when I put it on the back of the bike it was worthless as a back rest and it just wasn't very big for $165. Plus it had no pockets, just a PVC tube wrapped in leather. The Kuryaken bag colapses when used as a backrest I was told but I have not seen one or tried one in person.

baxter... Check out the web site. They show every imaginable way to install and it looks like they have a method for pretty much any set up. I'm probably going to use the fender pad as I also do not have a luggage rack. I absolutely despise the bob tail style fender luggage rack...
