codes after front end work on 2011 RGU

Default codes after front end work on 2011 RGU
i put springs and intimidators on my 2011 road glide and now get codes related to the TPS map sensor etc the bike seems to go into limp mode at about 4000rpm any suggestions I am running a Thunder Max ecm. I have not removed the outer fairing yet but that is where Iam headed to look for a connection issue any thoughts on where to start

It might help if you listed all the codes you're getting.

Sometimes the devil is in the details.

all codes are related to the throttle by wire positioning sensor map sensor etc long list i am all set took the outer fairing of checked all the connections and grounds put it back together cleared the codes and have had no problems since
