Since you replaced the sensor and still get a fail code it appears you have a wiring issue.
Check the connector and wires for bad connection or break in the wire.

you can test the map with an ohm meter and vacuum source. not much can go wrong with them. if connected via hose, check it and via ported to manifold, check o-ring, any leaks will throw a code.
the tube is your friend when it comes to testing, easier to watch than explain, does not matter if it is on a diff vehicle.
once you know the map is good, mr. bob's answer is next.
Code means there is a problem in the circuit. You did not get 4 bad sensors in a row. Check all the wires - especially at the connectors for breaks inside the insulation. The insulation may be rubbery or stretchy when you pull on it.

You really need voltmeter and 5 volt source to check.. You can use the bike for the 5 volts and probe the output wire.

I agree with Bob and Ed. It's more than likely a wiring issue. Clean the contacts on the ECM connector.. Tug on the 3 wires going to the MAP sensor connector. If the map wires are routed certain ways the harness can flex and fatigue the wire.
