When you gave up on your '13 to buy a '15 did you bother to read the owner's manual to see if there are any differences in fluid checks? Maybe the '15's oil is checked on the jiffy stand, and when the engine is cold the oil is halfway up the checked markings on the dipstick. If it's at full when cold, guess where the oil might go. I've never said this to someone, but RTFM. If the oil is at the required level then address your concerns to the dealer, if your dealer won't tend to it then take it to another dealer. Good luck.
Interesting post. Everyone is different but you make some good points and I like the way you think. I've looked at new bikes but just can't part with my 2002 RK. To many good miles and memories. There's A LOT to be said for knowing your bike.
OP I think like many have said...less oil.

never had blow by.. but as noted above it been posted LOTS of times that too much oil can cause blow by,, at oil changes I only fill 1/2 way up between the low to high marks on the dipstick.. check oil on Jiffy stand and when its hot not cold.
If not the issue,, then I'd be back at the dealership wanting some answers...
I am sorry sir, you came to the wrong place. Most of the people here don't know what it is like riding to sturgis, or what riding long distances entails. Now if you wanted to know what the best blue liquid to put in the crapper of your trailer, probably everyone here could give you the right answer.
LOL..this kid..she just doesn't give up!
To the OP...yeah often the twinkies will do that. On my '06 I picked up a new line at NAPA for under 1 bucks...cut it about 1.5" longer than the stock ones...and replaced my stock ones. You'll see the two lines of the breather behind your air cleaner cover...they're both curved. Gives more air room in there for the "burping".

And then...I fill her up a little less.
The other thing you could do is to buy some longer tubes and vent them under your bike, you would need to plug the holes left open in your intake. In normal circumstances the amount of oil going through your breather is very small, but looks messy on a clean engine.
I recently had the same problem start on my 15 RK.
Oil is 9-11 boxes above fill line, which is below the halfway mark. 15's (touring 103s) require less oil (3 quarts to account for leftover). The facts for me, did a session of motorcycle cop style cone work in a parking lot. After that, oil started blowing from AC. This continued on way to Sturgis (riding 80-85 when traffic allowed). Changed oil in SD, put in 3 quarts, same 9-11 boxes when hot on jiffy stand.
Dealer people including service say 'it's normal'. 'Due to hot weather'. I say, BS. I have the screaming eagle AC and KN filter. Bike is just shy of 7500 miles since April. Other than a breather tube coming loose, this shouldn't happen this bad. I'll pull the cover and check it tonight.
Any other possible reasons than too much oil, or breather tube loose?
Your fix is to re-route the vents to a T fitting and then a single hose to the ground. Be sure to block off the any holes in the back of the intake plate if there are any. Welcome to the world of Harley Davidson where you must either tolerate or correct certain "characteristics" endemic to the breed. Once you have that one squared away you can start research on your compensator.
And last but not least, welcome to HD Forums. Where you can ask a question about oil mist in the intake and get a rant about trailers. Around here, it helps if you have an uncle who is bat sh*t crazy; then you know who to ignore
I get a drip or 2 out of mine every ride also. Thinking about running the vent lines out somewhere else like mentioned above and plugging the back intake holes.
