Is it bad to use engine braking while down downshifting??
Is it necessary to blip throttle to downshift even if I have a fuel injected harley? I do either way but wanna kno if It's necessary and does it mess with my transmission if I don't

Some questions just can't have a positive answer whether you like it or not. What were you expecting? You asked a question and then received the appropriate answer to that question. Deal with it Newb.
not as long as it is not at HIGH rpms --- meaning over 3-4 K rpms...
High to low rpm's quickly ,, or low to fast high RPM's in a softail B motor is not good because of the TQ the balancers put on the crank..
In plain words don't down shift into 2nd at 70mph.. That takes the motor from 900 rpm to 6500 rpm in 1 second when you let the clutch out. Very hard on a (B) motor
Same as doing a burn out... that takes the motor from 6k to Zero rpm's in a sec when you stop... that's Also VERY--VERY hard on a B motor....
down shifting between 2000 - 3500 rpm's or so is not going to hurt anything..............
I prefer engine braking. Keeps my brakes cool, especially going downhill a long ways. Whether you need to blip the throttle depends on how fast you're going, how fast your crank's spinning, and what gear you're in. You want to rev-match so you don't lock your rear wheel - unless you're on a V-rod, in which case you probably have a slipper clutch.
Thank to the last three responses to rest of you eat a d@! $k
Not trying to bust your ***** here, but you will find out that getting worked up about what some folks post will get you no where. Sometimes you will hear what you want and sometimes you won't. When you have questions...ask them. Someone will chime in and help, as long as you don't make a name for yourself right out of the gate...e.g. telling people over the internet to eat dicks. You will here more than once to use the Search function. Good luck with your bike and take comments with a grain of salt.
