Anything over 100 is crazy,,,I think you freefall at around 128mph....Maybe thats y their as$ is above their head when they ride,,,they use their butt crack as an air damm....they need a patch on their rear pants pocket,,"Insert brain here"....I come unglued when I hear them bragging about going 200mph,,,,200mph my as&....Yes we need more cops writing tickets!!!!
Yep freefall is around 130 mph, terminal velocity is 176.
Whats this section of hyway like? Looks liek the guy is parked int he lefthand turn lane???
I dont see 116 as being terribly fast as long its done in better conditions. Get out on some back wards country roads to test her out? sure. do 100+ on crowded freeway? bad idea. Altho I have probably gotten up around there when passing before, but thats jsut cuase the time I spend in the oncoming lane the better.
Test out speeds like that on a back country road?? After having ridden many back roads, imho, the danger isslightly more there, than a freeway.. but then again, both offerthe unexpected making a sudden appearance in your face...
Next time they should use stop sticks. Almost guarantee he won't go that fast again
How about a 9mm with a 15 shot clip? I'll bet they can't out run that. The beauty of this idea is that they only have to call a clean-up crew and a tow truck.
In all seriousness, there were 2 more crotch rocketeers that died in my home town 2 weekends ago, racing on a back road in an industrial area after hours. As near as anyone can figure out, they were side by side, one lost it and took out the other one, ages 19 and 28. Both DOA. The really sad thing is that I believe they had participated in a memorial ride for someone who died the same date last year in a motorcycle accident.
And as for anyone "claiming" to have ridden over 200 mph, they are either full of crappola, or better have video from the Bonneville flats or a racetrack,

100mph doesn't have to be crazy. All you need is a bike made for those speeds and a deserted highway. It's all about chosing the right time and place.

I just wish there was a way to stop them from riding with their left hand planted on their hip like some flaming F!A!G on a bike!!!!!!!
I guess it's better riding with your feet forward and your legs wide apart in the "gynecologist position". You tell me which looks more rediculous...
personally, i don't think 100 is that fast on a bike at all....not that I would do it in rush hr traffic, but there's tons of roads where its safe....
jeez...by us is Ocean pkway....about 12 miles btwn the exits, totally flat and straight, NO entrances or spots for traffic to enter...now ya do have to watch out for the geese...BUT...anyone who says they would NOT do 100 there, is full of sh*t, at least on a japjet.
