Really nice pics, but 45 degrees in August? Instead of riding, I would be online looking at real estate sites for Florida!

I've seen it snow in the high mountains at the end of July. True, it didn't stick but still...

Another good ride in Utah is HWY 14 from Cedar City to Long Valley Jct. Navajo Lake is gorgeous and you pass right by Cedar Breaks NM at close to 10,000' elevation.

My go to ride in San Diego is about a 1 hour loop through the back roads and hills.

Does both me and the Harley a world of good. Better than a nap.
