Default Moving AM/FM/WB Antenna to fairing

I'm moving the oem /fm/wb antenna from the back to fairing. I would like to connect both the rear cable and the new one in the fairing. Can some tell me a part number for the "Y" connector need for this?

Thanks for responding.

If you just want the antenna out of site, why not just unscrew it and lie it on its side. Wire tie it to the frame and under the tank. 0 cost and cant be seen. Still get as good a reception. Youtube it
