Just got mine all cleaned up, changed oil and primary fluid, stabilizer in the tank, connect the tender and throw the cover on and say goodnight until next April...
It's just getting to the point where you don't bake when you have to stop at a light down here! My season is just about to start here AGAIN. For the few HOT days (months) of summer, my wife won't get suited up to ride along. I never stopped during the summer. I just picked my time of day riding more carefully.
Winter here means that my EITMS won't engage quite so often. Well that, and the days get shorter I suppose. Y'all keep us posted about how rotten the weather is where you're at. Makes some of us feel real good about where we don't live.

Mine stays put away until I get ready to ride it. As for not riding it because of the weather...no rain riding or 39° and below unless I HAVE TO.
Something I was pondering Saturday when out on a ride:
In the spring and the temperature is in the 60's, riding is done in a t-shirt. In the fall when it's in the 60's, riding is done wearing all of my cold weather gear and I'm still freezing my butt off.

AHHH! One of the perks of FL living!!
You Florida and southern boys & girls have it made!
No snow in Edmonton, Alberta for the next few weeks at least. I'll be riding untill the snow sticks wich could be a while yet. A few of the boys put them away already, told them they are soft to let a little cold weather run them indoors this early in the fall my sig pic was taken on sat evening, still nice riding weather

I see that up here every year. First day in April over 50 degrees and the roads are packed with bikes. First day in Sept, it gets below 60 and it's a ghost town...
