A friend of mine has one and he said it handles like ***. Unlike a trike with independent suspension all three rear wheels are in contact with the ground so cornering isn't all that easy. Taking it on and off isn't something that you can do in a few minutes either. If the day comes that I need a trike I'll buy one but I'd never install one of these kits.

What happens when the outrigger wheels lifts the center "drive" wheel off the ground?

You loose momentum and traction.
Leave a heck of a burn out when the drive wheel hits the ground.

In all seriousness, tooo many contacts (wheels) to the ground isn't a good thing if not properly designed and configured.

As we all know, designs, architectural drawings and blueprints are often flawed in the real world of manufacturing and operations.

Seems to me these TW's are an accident waiting to happen.

That could explain the expense of the TW's. High cost is needed to keep product liability attorneys on retainer.
