Torque Master

Hi guys,

i mounted motorcycle Torque Master spark plugs and used them about 2 weeks.

I've had idle problems with them, my bike suffered at cold start idle and sometimes it switches off itself, when it happens a dark smoke come out from the air intake.
I remounted the stock spark plugs today and everything is ok now.
My bike is a 2012 96ci wide glide, with full stage 1 on it.

Someone tried Torque Master spark plugs?

Is my bike wrong or what?

No, it's the Torque Master plugs. Harley's use a spark plug that is deigned for their bikes that uses an ion sensing technology that the ECU can recognize.

I would recommend you keep using Harley plugs or equivalent. You aren't going to gain anything from any of the fancy gimmicky go faster spark plugs.

I've tried 3 or 4 different spark plugs in my bikes over the years. None of them, even the expensive "high performance" ones did not perform any better than the standard HD plugs.

Gotta give you credit though. You actually found a replacement part for a Harley that cost more than twice as much as the OEM part. That's hard to do.
