Seller should have lowered his asking price. As had been mentioned, he will be sitting on that bike at that price for a very, very long time. It's a nice bike but not a 12.5K nice.
12.5K = way too much for that one. Looks (from study of the photos) to me like it has had some serious restoration and not as "unmolested" as claimed.
Not to say it isn't a nice bike now but even if I really wanted an FX shovel I'd be thinking maybe 8 - 9K max - and that would be based upon personal inspection not just looking at pics on Ebay.
