my dad had 1" wood shims between the toilet seat and the porcelain. i never knew why and never asked. maybe this is the reason? freak, do the nuts just skim the surface of the water or are they fully submerged?

- wear compression (bicycle) shorts
- find a shop that modifies seats
- wear looser fitting pants
- wear boxer underwear

i once did 763 miles from delaware to tennesee in 12 hours on the bike with a buddy 10 years ago, what a difference 10 years makes
