Not sure what the Rx is for the OP, but I'll bet someone reading this thread is already thinking about patenting a "Testi-Compressor" or some kind of leather "Donut Seat".

Tightie-Whities or Tacky-Blackies are the answer, Freak. (Try Calvin Kleins). That and Wrangler jeans, which leave room for us older dudes where it counts, i.e. in the crotch.
