I know of a group riding out of Cranbrook. I met the organizer once but don't know them or how they ride. They are friends of a friend. I can try and hook you up if you want.
Im rolling out of Wa State Thursday the 4th, route 12 off I5 to I82 to I90 To the BearTooth and Cody, then onto Hill City.
Im leaving out of Vancouver on the 4th as well. Planning on heading out on hwy 3 in BC, first night near Nelson at a friend's campground, then down into Idaho, Montana... Where do you think you'll get to on the 5th? Im thinking Butte or Bozeman....

Were leaving the afternoon of the 4th and will only get to Moses Lake Wa. the 5th were going to hang around some in Wallace Idaho for the sites,and then on to Missoula for the night. the 6th were staying in Red Lodge, the 7th is bear tooth and staying in Cody to hit some museums and goof off.

Sounds like a good trip. Im looking to make time and do it a bit quicker (gonna take my time on the way back). Think I'll shhot to get into Sturgis on the 6th (maybe early on the 7th). Have a great trip!

Because of all our stops along the way, Were only staying in Sturgis 3 nights and 2 days. Our trip back will be quicker for us, two 500 mile days and a 300.
Anyway you do it, its a great trip. see ya in the fast lane.
