Quick turn throttle dilemma / question

Default Quick turn throttle dilemma / question
I am looking to replace my stock Harley throttle tube with a quick turn throttle. I am sick of having to let go and reposition my hand so I can nail the gas. When you buy the quick turn throttle tube you have to glue on your own hand grips. The problem is that most 1" grips are designed specifically for Harleys and the vast majority of them have their own throttle tube ( not quick turn ) included and already installed. This leaves VERY few choices of 1" grips available without a stock ratio throttle tube already glued on the grip. My question is does anyone know where a large selection of 1" grips are available WITHOUT a throttle tube already installed? I have already seen the selection at Lowbrow Customs. This seems to be the only selection I can find. I am looking for more.

Maybe try Avon Grips. They make grips for a large variety of bikes, so they may have something that will work for you.

I have their Custom Contour grips on my bike and they are great.

in the old days , a popsicle stick, wrapped in friction tape was the hot setup on the throttle

Great question. I'm looking to do the same mod. Which throttle tube are u planning to use? I want the quickest turn. Preferably something aggressive like a 1/4 turn. I've used up to 1/5 turns with no issues. Subscribed.
