Memphis Shades
Well, a short while back I was having a problem with my Memphis Shades tinted windshield and thought I would be stuck with the defect. But after posting an inquiry to them in the vendor section on this board I was immediately contacted by Mike from MS. I explained my problem and without any static or hesitation he stepped up and took care of me post haste.
I got my new windshield yesterday and I can't say enough good things about Memphis Shade. They really are a top shelf company!!

On the way up to Sturgis one year I lost one of the mounts from my fork. Completely my fault, I hadn't tightened it enough. When I got to Sturgis I went to the Memphis Shades booth to buy another one. "On the house" they told me.

Good to know they offered good customer service as well. I know the quality of their products is great! I just painted and installed one of their bat wings on a customer's Fat Bob. I was highly impressed with their quick detach mounting system and the firmness in which it mounts. The customer's pleased as a pig in poop as well.

Same here...Had my doubts when I wanted one for my Sporty 14 years ago. Someone at MS took the time to talk with me, explained what would look good on my bike and was very satisfied with their customer and business service. Top Notch for sure.
