Got a clear Lexan license plate cover on eBay. Took it to a window tint company and they coated it with semi-mirror 75 percent tint. Been that way for two years and never had a problem.
Ride the outside lines on toll roads.
ETA SJW Obsessive Rule Followers go choke yourselves.
Shhhhhh. I skate often. Registered Ez user but don't carry the tag. If I get photo'ed they just charge my plate #, not often though
Yep, and if your riding style is such that you feel the need for this level of anonymity you'll get that anyway from the confines of your pine box courtesy of an equally inattentive texter or drunk and it will be free.
Come to Chicago and try out our red light cameras. They have been known to be set illegally fast. In other words if you go through an orange light and it turns red when you're right below the light, leaving the intersection it will still give you a ticket, or even through. When turning right on red you have to stop way behind the line and sit still for 3 seconds too.
I'm all for obeying laws, but these sensors and cameras can be BS.
People have forgotten you're supposed to stop on yellow if safe. Most of the time I see is a light turn red and 3 cars go through. Wish they do that here to catch those ******.
Don't think it'd make any difference in my state.
We just got new plates and their f'ugly.
They're made this way to be made more clear for identification.
One caveat though is for the most part @ least in this part of the state we don't have camera's.
Related question for you Florida residents. Early March I was in FL and used the southern part of the Florida Turnpike, where it is "Toll by Tag". They take a pic of your tag and send you the bill. I was towing my little trailer. The trailer tag is plainly visible, but the tag on my Ultra is in the stock position, ie, pushed forward under the Tour-Pak. I think it would be hidden to a camera up high, pointing down.
It is over three weeks now and no bill. How long does it take?

People have forgotten you're supposed to stop on yellow if safe ... Be careful in Michigan. Yellow means "more throttle fellow"
Maybe it's just me, but how does stopping at a red light qualify someone as an "obsessive rule follower"?? I guess I'm not bad-*** enough to play chicken with cross-traffic.
