Neilson's is ok,I also like Uke's in Kenosha (the Uke's "Dirt Store") across the parking lot from Uke's HD.Some really nice HJC helmets there.HJC offers a great helmet for the money,I have an HJC CL35 fullface $115 and an ACC Carbon Fiber extended half helmet $170.I'll probably add a Nolan 3/4 Helmet as well.
I advise not spending big dollars on any single helmet especially not before you find out more about your preferences through experience.I prefer variety so I can select the best helmet for the weather etc...

I saw that after the post. Did you get my PM? That one explains the Nielsen situation, but they have a lot. Try some on over there, let me know what brand/size fits and I'll forage through my blems and see what I can do. Reina (Vespa of Milwaukee) is opening a store in Lake Bluff, I'm paying Felipe a visit today.

I got my bike from Uke's! I never went to the Dirt Store though. Was gonna last time I was over there but I had to run to work lol. I'll definitely check that out next time thanks.
