I'm sorry, but I must refer you to the facts. "Almost" being hit IS grounds for beating someones ***. And, it is also ok to chase said driver home and beat him (or her) to teach them a lesson. These cagers MUST learn that they can, and should be beaten by any biker they scare, even if the infraction was an accident. There are no accidents in this world, and folks must be held accountable for "almost" hurting someone. Otherwise, they might go on to hit a biker further down the road. Biker= judge, jury and executioner.
Not sure what point your trying to make here, but these threads got me thinking of an incident that happened many years ago.
I was stopped at a light, when I noticed a school bus driver running straight at me & had fire in his eyes & a tire iron in his hand(ohh by the way I ws in my car),wasn't sure what he was up to til he was right up on me & took a swing at my car(dented my door).Problem here was I was coming home from the rifle range so once my car was hit & the guy wasn't going away I pulled out my shotgun & told him to drop the iron or I'll drop him.The whole time this older guy in another car was screaming something to the bus driver,,,,,,,turns out he was screaming "That's not the guy"!!!!!!!!!!!Now had I pulled the trigger,,,,would I have been wrong,,,,,,,& at what point did the bus driver cross the line?Seeing how I was not involved with whatever went on to send him over the edge & I wound up with the only damage here(He did pay to have my door fixed)

Man, this is a lesson I learned young, and while in a cage!!! I don't think anyone would have believed this, then 16 yo girl, when I said, "a cab backed into my truck at ared light". Turns out he wanted to change lanes, to pick up a call, but forgot to look behind him whenhe did.[:-] Good thing, Dad wasmy passenger, and also my valient protector. He musta skeered that cabbie, cause when my 6'2"Daddy got out of the truck, dude startedrolling off $50's, and askin how much we wanted....

as for you Carl....
ORIGINAL: Finalcut

I was backed over by a van just like that when I was 12 on my bike.
One month in traction, 4 months in a body cast, 6 months in a leg cast, and a f#cked up schwin

Dang, an injury like that could totally mess up yer olypic roller-skating career[&o]!

Here is my point....Yesterday a guy was arrested for taking the law into his own hands, and many people applauded his decision. He was cut off by another driver. Today, a guy tells a story about "almost" beingit by a trailer. In both cases, the bikers were scared, and both "nearly" hit. In one case, a guy ended up in jail, and the other guy drove away. Where are the guys complaining about this guy being a ***** in need of a tampon, like they did yesterday, about anyone that disagereed with the bikers decision.

Damn two of the links didn't work,,,,,,,,bottom line all died due to road rage.
I guess the bottom line is where you live, maybe the less populated areas don't get this kinda stuff. So if you've never ridden in NYC,,,,,,,,,,I highly suggest you don't

There is never a reason to beat anyone for "almost" doing anything.
Can you image the ***-beatings you would receive daily if that mentality was applied to normal everyday situations?
Heck I would have got my *** beat for about 20 things I did just today alone!!
