I put in a new starter and was rough to start. So I got a new solenoid thinking it may solve the issue. However when I installed the solenoid. The bike know won't turn over at all just have a clicking sound at the ing. Relay. Any ideas help please thanks

 

The '86 is a pretty unique duck. Many parts on the '86 were super short run. Only made for a year or two. That being said, you probably want input for some early Evo experts. Fortunately for you we have an Evo section where the true hard-core Evo fanatics dwell. There is no Evo issue those guys have not addressed. I would repost this question to those guy's in the Evo forum. They are sure to have what you need.
