Default POS Evo

What's a good price to ask for a POS Evo? See my starter thread. Gonna buy something reliable from back in the 50's or 60's. Might get a Suzuki from my landlord hell with an evo. Told my ole lady I had a shirt said Hear No Evo, See No Evo, Ride No Evo and I screwed up and Bought an Evo.

Yeah, I think about a hundred. If there's a clear title.

$4,500 will usually dump a beater Evo. Any more than that and you'll be trying to compete with Evo's that aren't POS's.

22 cents a pound in my area but I would put it in a yard sale, you might get more money out of it than scraping it but at least put a picture of it on here, we havn't never seen a junk Evo.

Got a pic on here. Been working on a problem for a month now (See Starter Chatter/Grind on this forum) At wits end on this one.

Read your starter/grind thread. It worked once and it will work again! After you find the problem you'll probably do a face slap and say doh! Hope a good nites rest and a fresh mind help. Keep us posted, at work we have a special notebook for ballbuster problems on machines, our memories aren't as good as they used to be.

Don't really get why you're bagging on the Evo when it's your starter? LOL, I've heard plenty of starters on Twin Cams (and Shovelheads) clicking and grinding . . .
