I don't trust corners, I always treat them like they are slick...I hope you recover quickly.

I hit one of those damn things in NH last year with the OL on the back while making a U-turn, the front wheel washed out, when I tapped the throttle to help stand the bike up the OL slid to the inside, her foot came off the boards and under the saddle bag, she was bruised pretty good, but I managed to keep the bike from going over using throttle to swing out of it.

Heal well and get back on the horse as soon as you can, like has been said the snakes are all part of what we do.

The guy in the video had to have been tired at the end of that little run.

A few times it looked like he was ready to pass.....

Dont forget to avoid roadways in front of a car wash. Tire gloss makes roads very slippery.

I'm Michigan too. It's just this year that I've felt these new tar patches are super squirrelly in my area in Oakland county.
