Thank-you everybody for the suggestions. I went with the Kwik Tek Dry Pak Waterproof Duffel Bag. It'll fit perfectly on my backseat bag, hold the camping gear I need it to and was in my price range.

Last year I bought the First Gear Motorcycle Torrent Waterproof Duffel bag and it worked great. We went through a torrential downpour along the way and everything stayed dry. It comes in a number of sizes. I got the largest.
