Default Dealer tale

A friend of mine has an 06 EG Classic that he bought new in Daytona last Aug. He traded in his 05 Heritage when his wife decided she needed more comfort. He went back to the dealer in Orange Park where he bought the Heritage but they didn't have any 06EG's left but Daytona did. He called the OP dealer to schedule an appointment for service and told them he wanted to get a loose tail light fixed while it was there. It was loose because they left some kind of spacer out when they built the bike. They said since he did not buy the bike from them they would have to charge him to fix it. I won't repeat what he told them on the phone. I thought the Harley warranty was good every where.
