Default Electra Glide battery issue

I recently bought a 2005 Electra Glide Classic. Beautiful bike with lots of aftermarket upgrades. I sat for about 2 weeks and when I went to start it, it wouldn't start and ran down the battery.
I pulled the seat and the battery terminal was broken!? No idea why. Time for a new battery.

Time for a new battery, especially if you don't know how old the battery is.

The previous owner had the paperwork taped to the battery. He bought the battery from HD in June 2014 for $170 + tax.
I ordered the big crank from batteries plus for $109 - no tax and free shipping.

Congrats on buying an affordable battery and not having to get one from the dealer
My last one came from Advance Auto Parts
