Granted, this is pretty much a max effort combination here, but if it can get 150 hp, I bet 130 would be a relative piece of cake. I've looked around and seen a fair number of 106/107 dyno charts at around 125 hp, so 130 is definitely doable. It just depends on how bad you want to get there on a Harley.
From a practical standpoint, 150HP at 6500+RPM is functionally useless.
