Palm Beach HD no longer rents bikes. Not sure about Treasure Coast but I don't think they do. Chesters (now called Alligator Alley) does rent bikes but be careful they are 30 miles west of Ft Lauderdale, though I do believe they pick up from FLL if you fly in.
