Does anybody know when H-D first put electric start on any of their motorcycles?
It is my understanding that the 64 servicar models came with an e-start set up. However in the late 50s there was at least one place offering a way to do it.

Not an option for 1966. They all came with the e-start. You can still get the parts. Probably the most expensive are the inner and outer primary, but if you go aftermarket, the cost is considerably less.

I believe 1964 the servi-car and then the Electra Glide in 1965
You are correct. That was just little trivia question. The '64 Servi-Car was the first H-D with electric start. The starter was a Delco-Remy starter off of an Evinrude outboard.
