HOG outsourced ?

The main time I have issues with outsourced call centers is when it is for something that isn't even offered in the country the agent is in. For instance ATT and DIRECTV calls go to the Philippines. How can they possibly understand your problem if they themselves don't have a clue what it's like having that service.
I have found the easiest way to get a US based agent on the phone with the ability to actually find a resolution is to ask for retention. Companies don't farm out client retention overseas too often.
As for HOG membership, Harley is still a global company wth HOG chapters all over the world. It's not like your membership is something exclusively American.
