Pipes
Hi! I just sold my Road King and bought a Sportster. I know, I know....Anyway, I want a deeper sound, these pipes have a higher pitch that sounds like a dirt bike to my ears. I rode that Road King for 11 years with nice Vance and Hines slip ons. What pipes will give me a deeper sound? This is a 2005, carbureted, 5 speed, 883 bored to a 1200.
Thanks!
Thanks!

Revzilla also has their own comparison video.
I put V&H Straightshots slip-ones on my Sporty 48, and I loved them. Not too low, not too high, and loud as Hell.

When I was looking for different pipes, I watched a lot of videos and even some manufacturers videos. While they're good for some, I found them useless when it came to hearing the real thing in person. I went to a few shops and listened to some that weren't stock and even listened to some that rode up. I found out thes ones I wanted in the beginning were way too loud.
Just my opinion.
