As I scroll through looking at the bikes and read the back stories I get a big surprise when I get to the 5th bike as it is a barn find my son found. Only error in the story is it is not a 64 Panhead but a 1953 Panhead. The motor will be going into an Amen Savior frame, the bike is being built for the the Peoples Choice competition to hopefully end up at the Born Free Show in Cali this June
To be honest I can't recall I believe it was early 60s frame with forks from yet a another bike. Frame was saved for another project. Soon after he picked the 53 up he ended up with a 49 Pan that is going into another long chop build
The old guy sitting on it in the pic was the guy that owned the bike for years before covering it with a tarp long ago. After my son pulled it from the weeds the guy asked if he could sit on it one last time for a pic before it was loaded up.
