This could very well be a husband and wife with a very well constructed website selling Chinese lights out of their basement and that's fine.
I agree with the others in that all of the knock offs (branded or otherwise) come from a handful of sources. That said, I purchased one for considerably less than the HD or JWSpeaker. I'm going to see how it does. Where I do think I goofed was in buying a branded one (like this). Search Ebay or Amazon and you'll find all of these lights branded and unbranded with the latter being what I'd consider the best buy. if it works out great and if it doesn't I'll probably go with the real thing (ouch)! It does appear these folks off a really great warranty (if they'll honor it).
Looks like they simply ripped off the code for the HD website, and changed a few things. That is a comment on the website, not on their quality or service.
