Hello everyone I just recently purchased a used 2008 Softail Custom. It has
a 21 x 2.15 front wheel on it. Can I put a 21 x 3.0 tire on the front?
At my local Harley shop they have a new street bob that I believe has the same size front wheel as mine. It has a Michelin 21-3.00 tire and it sure looks nice to have more rubber on the front. Thanks.

Most cases it's best to stay with the factory fit sizes. There may be some slight changes from year to year creatong size change figment issues.
Are you talking about a 21x3 tire or wheel? I have never seen a 21x3 tire. I have a 2005 FXST and the stock tire is a MH-90-21 (80-90-21). Without having to change wheel spacers and the front fender, the largest front tire you can put on would be a 90-90-21. That's what I'm running on mine.
Thank for the replies. I need to go back and look at the size of the tire at the dealership that is on the street bob. I got something wrong, but I will get back with the info and update.
