I bought a Magnum clutch cable thru them on Amazon. Took forever to arrive. Part was instantly defective. I contacted Magnum and would not help me as this place is not an authorized dealer. They even told me that its possible I received a chinese-knock off Magnum. Either way, they took my return but had to pay a 50% re-stocking fee. Never again.
If the get it right the first time, great. If they screw up or the part is defective, good luck. Their return policies and customer service are horrible. Held me and my money up for 6 weeks to replace the wrong part they shipped (their fault). They apparently hold no inventory and rely on their vendors to ship to you.

That is a key point in many of these online dealers, many are no more than a few "customer Service reps" in a couple of cubicles. They have no inventory and use Distributors such as Tucker Rocky, WPS etc... to drop ship. As long as the product you want is in stock at the distributor and ships out correctly you are good to go, however if its a wrong item, return etc... then it can be a nightmare. There prices are most often less than a shop because they do not have the overhead and most often the "customer service rep" knows little to nothing about the product other than what they read in the catalog
Like I say, I've used them before, but usually for smaller items that are hard to screw up. Just got a tinted Shoei shield from them for 10 bucks less than anywhere else. No issues. For bigger items I'll use Dennis Kirk usually. They price match and their customer service is great, so there's some peace of mind there.

if you bought it through amazon, then you should have been covered by amazon's a-z guarantee and not lost any $$$.
I bought EBC brake pads from the good price, quick delivery and the even followed up to make sure there wasn't any issues. I would use them again. I went through Amazon and if I had a problem returning I would contact Amazon.
