So how my models have come and gone in just the past ten years ?
Maybe their buying up all the left over Victory stock to come up with the new models ?

They did make a very nice air / oil cooled motor . Harley could have learned a thing or two from them . Like where to put a oil filter or how to place a kickstand so you don't have to use your hand to find it or put it down .
I hope they make something 'fresh'. When I see my sons Honda CVR(?) 600, it's a marvel to me. 4 cylinders, lighter than my MC and more horse power!
Maybe you should just buy one and put a "Harley-Davidson" decal on it. It seems like some of you want Harley to build exactly what everyone else builds, the only difference being the name on the tank.
If the M8 goes into the rest of the BT bikes for 2018, that's at least 14 bikes. Not including CVO bikes. Add 4 of those. Plus throw in 2 Sportsters and a Street. They're pushing 20. The new M8 added a dozen for 2017?
They can juggle trim levels to get a bunch of "new" models. Also, if they do a significant change in the Sportster that will account for a portion.
The 100 is certainly marketing hype, but by their definition, it's feasible.
Or do they just throw a M8 into their existing models dyna/softails and call that a new model?
Isn't that technically a new model since the M8 is a new engine? What model dyna or softail currently has the new M8 engine? Don't you consider the M8 a new engine, if so then any bike with it is a new model.
