got my sportster out today...it was colder than i thought....
should have had a hoodie under my jacket... funny things happen to
your body when it gets cold... *L*

How cold was it? I commuted on my Sport today, it was 39 degrees when I left at 6:15a. The payoff was the ride home, it was 62.

It was cold here today too. We went riding at 9:30 and it was 65°. Brrrr...

it was about 55 seemed warmer so i grabbed my textile jacket instead of the leather.... it was cold but it still felt so good....

To a Texan 55 would be cold, but to a Wisconsinite, 55 should feel like a mid summer temperature. You should have grabbed your shorts and flip flops.

Calling someone "stupid" while committing very basic 3rd grade grammar error (replace your with you're) is well, stupid.


OP, sometimes the temps can be deceiving, especially when you're standing in the sun and it feels warmer than it really is. Add in the windchill factor of riding, and that 55* temp feels more like 40* on the bike.
