Earpeace is what my Wife wears.
Comes with two different attenuators as well as a hard case.
My Wife has two pair, one with the "light" attenuator that allows voices and light noise through and while on the bike she has a set that is the "full" attenuator.
why the ear plugs? exhaust noise or wind noise.?... i have never worn ear plugs and i ride straight pipes. i want to hear the traffic around me... as far as the pipes the noise is behind me being projected to the rear as i am being projected forward.... i do wear hearing aides but i suspect that is due to rock and roll bands and shooting......
I have a son who had some hearing problems when he was young. During one visit to his otorhinolaryngologist (ear, nose and throat doctor) I asked him about motorcycles and ear plugs. He told me that the high pitched wind noise is the biggest cause of hearing loss, and that the plain ol' foam earplugs will adequately protect your hearing. I figure he knows what he's talking about. I use the plugs and a modular helmet. .

Always wear foam earplugs, even with a full-face helmet wind noise WILL cause hearing damage. I can hear traffic and the engine better with plugs in.
Exactly right. Even with a 3/4 or FF the wind noise will still damage hearing. I can hear everything better because the wind noise is pretty much gone when I wear earplugs. No need to upgrade my stereo because I can hear it clear as day at half volume going 60 MPH.
