Would you trade a 2014 Low Rider with 4500 miles even up for a mint condition 2008 Road King with 16,000 miles?

Depends on how bad your need and desire is to swap? On this side of the pond both bikes taking mileage and year of registration into account the 'figure of worth' or value is about the same as standard bikes with no extras fitted.

Who wants the bike more -you the RK or they the Low Rider? Trades usually have one party wanting more than the other. The other comes up a bit short. Unless you have some major wood for that RK - I would say no.
