I have to agree with Prot above. These days the moco gets subassemblies from a plant one mile down the road called Syncreon. Most of the employees there are nonskilled and supplied from from temp agencies or the local county prisoners on work release. Every hour trucks leave there and make the short trip to the moco. The subassemblies are taken directly from the truck to the assembly line. At 250 bikes per day rolling off the line, a lot of bikes can be affected before a problem is identified. Sadly, more of my friends that only have twenty years or less will lose their job soon as the company intends to make more cuts.
You would prefer to see none and not know about it? Before posting I did a scan to see if it had already been posted here in general, did not see anything so threw it out there. Most of my posts are trying to be helpful with what little I know, have experience or have read.

It's nice to do a search first, but you have to search titles only, otherwise a million unrelated threads come up. I used to suggest that people do a search, but people take offense at it.
The problem with a lot of threads on the same subject, is it gets hard to remember which thread you posted a particular comment in.

Thanks and I will try to remember that, subject only eh? Helps if I type it out as far as remembering but never any guarantees.
