My motor had some kind of oil issue. They were up to $2,300 in work already, before they even figured out the main problem, so I said, screw it, just put a new motor in it.

Actually, if I had a garage or somewhere very close to here to work on it, I'd have just done it myself. Going with the local HD dealer was the easy route. They towed it for free and told me I can just pay them whenever I have some cash (obviously, they keep the bike until it's paid). They've had it since March. Needed half ($2500) to order the motor. I managed to come up with all of it ($5000) about 3 weeks ago and it's all paid for now. Just waiting for it to be done now.
Now my next project is to come up with the cash to rent a house with a nice garage! (A garage with an apartment over it would be ideal)
